Workmen's compensation act -- additional compensation -- newly discovered evidence -- rehearing. After 19 weeks' compensation paid and medical treatment furnished respondent, accidentally injured in his employment, the
employer refused to continue so doing. Thereupon respondent petitioned the industrial commission to award further compensation,
and, after hearing by referee, compensation was denied February 1, 1935, upon the ground that there had been a full recovery
from the accidental injury. There was no appeal. On respondent's petition, heard January 29, 1937, the commission vacated
the decision of the referee and referred the proceeding to him for rehearing and determination. The showing of newly discovered
evidence justified the action of the commission.
