Guadalupe Lopez was convicted by jury of unlawful possession of a firearm (Pen. Code, § 12021, subd. (e); count 1), *fn1 unlawful possession of ammunition (§ 12316, subd. (b)(1); count 2), and resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer (§ 148, subd. (a)(1); count 3). The trial court found that he had suffered a prior serious felony conviction (§§ 667, subds. (b)-(i); 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d)) and sentenced him to six years state prison.
