A grand jury indicted Defendant-Appellant Lance Anderson on one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §Â§ 922(g)(1). Mr. Anderson entered a conditional plea of guilty, reserving only his right to appeal the District Courts "Order regarding the denial of his . . . Motion to Suppress Evidence and Statements Obtained on October 12, 2001." Finding that the argument raised on appeal falls within the scope of the appellate waiver, we exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and DISMISS.
